Marion received her B.A. (Ed.) from Memorial University of Newfoundland and was a classroom teacher in the Newfoundland school system for 8 years. She then enrolled at Dalhousie University in Nova Scotia, where she received her M.Ed. (Educational Psychology). Upon graduation she returned to Newfoundland as a Guidance Counselor.
Marion became a member of the Sutherland-Chan team in 1993.
She has held the positions of Student Services
Coordinator (1993 -1996) and Director of Student
Services (1997 -1999). In January 2000 she took on the
new job of School Administrator. In this role, Marion
is responsible for overseeing all the administrative systems
of the school.
