Many of you are interested in finding good accommodation close to the school. While Sutherland-Chan does not provide housing, we do our best to help our students and potential landlords find out about each other. We poll the neighbourhood and our current students to find out where accommodations are available. We also provide website links to housing services that may be of service.

Please note that we do not inspect the spaces listed, so we are not making recommendations. Please meet with the landlord, look at the accommodation carefully, and take the standard precautions involved in making sure that you are making a suitable choice for you.

 Information for Landlords

 Sutherland-Chan School provides a 2-year full time program which educates massage therapists. Massage therapy is a regulated health profession in Ontario which is growing each year, both in size and in public respect and acceptance.

Sutherland-Chan serves our incoming students, most of whom need accommodation, by compiling a list of what is available in our local area. We post this list on our website and at the school. If you have a room, apartment or house for rent, maybe we can help put you in contact with a good tenant.

Our students are professionals in training who have a focus on people and on health. They are mature and reliable and have good people skills. Most are single, or are looking for single accommodation during the week, and some have families. Like students everywhere, they are looking for reasonable rent and an environment in which they can live comfortably and study effectively.
