We know that the most valuable resources any school has are its staff and faculty. At Sutherland-Chan we are proud of our dedicated faculty and administrative staff. We are a formidable team focused on providing you a comprehensive education in massage therapy in an environment that is both nurturing and supportive.
In a profession where rapid faculty turnover is a common problem, at Sutherland-Chan about 50% of our instructors have been at the school for more than five years, with experience of up to 18 years. The majority are registered massage therapists, while a few are drawn from other health care or academic disciplines such as medicine, podiatry, chiropractic and education. Sutherland-Chan instructors are considered leaders in their field and bring to the school a wealth of clinical and educational experience. We are sure that as a student you will reap the benefit of this experience, along with the commitment to student learning that accompanies it.
